Villa in quiet area with private pool, 10min beach and center:
Exclusive villa of 120m2 located in the Vanessa Park urbanization of L'Hospitalet de l'Infant 10min from the beach and the center, 22min from Reus Airport and 30min from Port Aventura. It is distributed on the ground floor with views of the private pool and garden from the bedrooms and dining room. The three rooms are composed of a double bed, another double bed and three single beds. There are 2 complete bathrooms, equipped kitchen, AC, radiators, flat screen TV, parking and wifi throughout the establishment, as well as barbecue area and tennis club next door. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Great stay
5 of us stayed with my dog, we had a great time. Very quiet neighbourhood, exactly what we were looking for, only a 3 minutes drive to the supermarket and 5 to the beach, which was stunning. The villa had everything that we needed. Great communication from the hosts from start to finish.

Alojamiento que no llega a las expectativas de sus fotos
Las fotos del alojamiento elevan las expectativas, la realidad es que, aún siendo un alojamiento correcto, presenta bastante desperfectos (puertas rotas, desconchones en las paredes, puertas mal acabadas), los colchones son incómodos, necesitan un cambio, en el jardín no hay cesped, se ha secado completamente, ..., prácticamente lo único que cumple las expectativas son la cocina y la piscina. En la llegada avisé que había llegado con 20 min de adelanto sobre la hora de entrada de contrato (las 16h), no obstante el trato no me pareció correcto, resultó poco amable y tuve que esperar en el exterior de la vivienda aproximadamente 30 min (debo decir que tras ese primer contacto los posteriores contactos con Francesca, incluso en al check-in fueron correctos). Está cerrado por contrato (checkin 16h, checkout 11h) pero creo que hay poca flexibilidad en este aspecto. En definitiva, el alojamiento no llegó a la expectativas de acuerdo a las fotos y el trato con la agencia fué correcto pero poco flexible.

La casa presentaba todas las características que se describen, la estancia fue maravillosa y nos atendieron con toda la profesionalidad que uno puede esperar. Tanto para la playa como para los supermercados hay que coger el coche pero eso uno ya lo sabe cuándo lee la descripción. Si alguien quiere tomar un café, en la misma calle hay unas pistas de Tenis con servicio de cafetería. Perfecta elección para quien busca un fin de semana tranquilo en una casa con todas las comodidades.

Estuvimos muy bien ,el dueño muy amable que nos dejo un detalle de bienvenida ,la piscina muy limpia y la casa acogedora , inconveniente que cuando llevas dos dias te vas encontrando en las habitaciones llenas de hormigas muertas y cuando haces bbq estás repleto de moscas que es algo incómodo , no me cobraron el suplemento del perro al explicarle q era un chihuahua cosa q agradecí mucho. En general muy bien y recomendable . Le recomendaría al dueño q cuando haga la revisión final contar hasta los cubiertos no te hace sentir muy bien.
