Charming summer house, perfect for your family holiday in Hospitalet de L'Infant, 1-minute walk from El Arenal Beach and 10 minutes from the restaurants and shops of Hospitalet de L'Infant, a lively little town on the Costa Dorada.

The beautiful El Arenal beach, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Hospitalet de L'Infant, is surrounded by nature. An idyllic setting where you will also enjoy good services such as showers, bathrooms, hammock rental, lifeguard and a good beach bar where you can taste delicious food. Try the mojitos at the beach bar, we highly recommend them!

The house is part of the UHC ARENAL II FAMILY COMPLEX residential complex of 24 houses arranged in various blocks, all enjoying a fantastic communal area, lawned gardens and swimming pool (one for adults and another smaller one for kids). The property stands out for its excellent location, in a beautiful and quiet part of the town. From the communal area, there is direct access to the beach.

The house consists of 4 floors connected by an internal staircase:

The ground floor located at the level of the community garden and pool has:

- Terrace - Exterior porch of about 50 m2 with access to the community garden.
- Pleasant living room with access to the large terrace.
- Well equipped independent kitchen.
- Courtesy toilet.

On the first floor we find:

- En-suite bedroom with 2 single beds and access to a terrace with pleasant views of the sea. Private bathroom. This bedroom has a split air-conditioning unit.
- Bedroom with 1 single bed with built-in wardrobes.
- Bedroom with 1 double bed with built-in wardrobes.
- Full bathroom with bathtub - shower.

The upper floor consists of:

Living room - bedroom with bunk beds and sofa bed and access to a terrace with sea views.

GOOD TO KNOW:

- Reservations for groups are not accepted.
- Seasonal outdoor pool. (One for adults and one for kids)
- Private parking (in the basement of the house) included for 2 cars.
- Privileged Beachfront location.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.
· Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

Nice house
A nice house close to the beach and a cute city. Nice balconies. The pillows in the beds could need a wash. The garage was convienient although we could not manage to get into it with our slightly big rental car. We could definitely come back.

Negativo: La recogida de llaves, el servicio durante la estancia que en nuestro caso fue nefasto/inexistente, retrasar la hora del check out a las 11:00 a.m. Estimado Jose Maria, Gracias por tomarte el tiempo de compartir tus comentarios con nosotros. Lamentamos profundamente que el proceso de recogida de llaves y el servicio durante tu estancia no hayan cumplido con tus expectativas. Buen alojamiento y buen servicio
La ubicación es perfecta para unas vacaciones familiares. Nos alojamos 5 adultos, 3 niños y un bebé. Espacio suficiente para todos. Casa tal y como se describe en las fotos. Todo estaba muy limpio. Piscina y playa tranquila. El servicio de Universal holiday fue muy bueno. Respuesta inmediata. Había dos tostadoras rotas en la casa y nos trajeron una nueva el mismo día que lo comunicamos. Muy pendientes y muy amables. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Todo correcto, solo echamos de menos en la casa algún cuchillo más y una sombrilla más estable para el porche.

Vacaciones familiares
La ubicación si buscas un lugar tranquilo para disfrutar de la playa es inmejorable. La playa se encuentra a escasos 50m, apenas hay tráfico, la urbanización es tranquila. Para ir con peques como es nuestro caso, es genial, además hay un parque muy cerca con una tirolina y circuito de equilibrio y si practicas deporte habitualmente también hay un parque de calistenia. El alojamiento es espacioso y cómodo. Nos alojamos 8 personas (4 adultos + 4 niños) y en ningún momento tuvimos sensación de agobio o falta de espacio. El lavavajillas no limpia bien, está muy sucio en el interior y deja restos en la vajilla que luego hay que repasar a mano. El checkin y checkout es muy restrictivo. La recogida de llaves para el checkin se realiza entre las 16:00 y las 19:30 en Salou, con lo que una vez recogidas has de desplazarte 20 minutos más hasta L'Hospitalet. Es un día perdido, ya que la recogida de llaves se hace muy tarde. El checkout debe hacerse antes de las 10:00, que es muy pronto.

Un buen alojamiento en un muy buen emplazamiento
La organización para la recogida de llaves. El emplazamiento. La urbanización está muy bien y bien cuidada. La casa también está bastante bien. El garaje es muy bueno, la distribución también. Casa limpia al llegar, y bastante cuidada. Solo con cruzar la calle tienes la playa, en una zona muy tranquila, buena para salir a pasear por el paseo o hacia la zona de los campings. Con las cosas siguientes la valoración de la casa subiría aún más: toldo en el patio de la casa, por su orientación es muy soleado y es necesario. Más menaje de cocina, se queda escaso para el tamaño de la casa y se está todo el día con el lavavajillas puesto (al que por cierto habría que reponerle varías de las ruedas para extraer la bandeja inferior, si no se acabará rompiendo del todo). Además la habitación de arriba es demasiado calurosa, estaría bien que tuviese aire acondicionado. Por último, en los baños faltan colgadores para toallas, y los que hay, por su forma, no son muy adecuados, puesto que las toallas se resbalan y caen.
