You can reach the public swimming pool and the local ski resort Golm in just five minutes, and in just ten minutes‘ time of driving, you can reach the Hochjoch ski resort or a sheltered public swimming pool. Both the cross country ski track and the cycling track are located just 100 meters away from our apartment.
Convinience stores are located at a distance you can easily reach by foot (about 3-4 mins), Hiking trails start directly at the apartment.
But if our beautiful nature doesn’t manage to swoon you, you can still pass your time on our three balconies, a comfortable place to watch TV, cuddling up by the fireplace or our inviting kitchen.
The apartment has 80 square meters and houses three bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a roomy, bright kitchen. A logburner and a TV are installed in one of the bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, Stove and Microwave. Additionaly to the central heating system, our fireplace fills the apartment with a pleasant warmth.
Every bed is outfitted with orthopedic mattresses, and every bedsheet, pillowcase, pillow and duvet boasts the European Ecological Seal of Approval. There aren’t any sofa-sleepers in our apartment, all are good beds with slatted frames. You can be sure to sleep comfortably!
Three sun balconies with over 60 square meters are also at your disposal. The bus stop and free parking lot nearby make this apartment an ideal vacation spot.
You’ll have your own, seperated flat with balconies only you have access to.
There’s a storage space for skiing gear in the basement where you can store everything from ski bottoms to toboggans.
