This has become one of my go-to hotel stop on my travel route between Ohio & Arizona. Dog- friendly, economical, clean & quite comfortable. I highly recommend.

The shower was backed up with dirt coming out of the drain, there was no water pressure from the sink, the ac wouldn’t shut and the dish network went out. I’ve stayed here a few times and it was never like this.

I made a mistake and reserved a King suite, smoking room. (My first Expedia reservation.) It was a non-refundable room. My husband is allergic to tobacco smoke. He is 6’3 and we had travelled all day. The desk clerk had another King room but would not give it to us without charging us $20 additional (it had a jacuzzi tub). He did however, offer us a cheaper room (2 full size beds), but said he couldn’t give us a refund. We ended up taking the smoking room. The lamp next to the bed could had no “plug.” The pillows were so small, the size you would find on a couch (12x12). The blanket cover was stained, as was the blanket underneath and one of the bath towels. The living room of the suite had a dingy looking couch and a wooden table with a chunk out of the corner. The air conditioner in the bedroom side was so loud we couldn’t leave it on to sleep. So, not a great first experience for us. The bathroom appeared newer and did seem clean. The floor had newer looking vinyl tile, no carpet.

This was my 2nd stay at a quality Inn. I booked here instead of the holiday inn because of the price. I could have also stayed at the Ramada for $30 cheaper but I thought I would get the same amenities as the first quality Inn. The sheets were very nice but the bed was not as comfy as the other hotel. The breakfast could have been better as well but I guess it all depends on the owner and now it is run. Over all it is a 4.8 out of 5. The beds and the. Breakfast needs work. But I will always seek out a quality inn due to the remarkable hospitality and amenities of the first experience.

Worst place I have ever stayed. I am befuddled at the 8.4 rating on which I relied when booking. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come to the lobby the check me in. Night 1 - very sketchy crowd, loud, hanging around outside. Night 2 - not as bad Note: Local residents live at this motel (not hotel). The room: faucet had some kind of crud all over it. Tub filled with water while showering. Bathroom door did not shut. I forced it but then got stuck inside and had to call for a family member to throw their weight against it to open from the outside. Wiring under desk looked like a do-it-yourself job. I'm no electrician, but it did not look up to code. One of the creamer packets was in plastic, but had already been opened. The other was ancient and hardened. Neither the coffee nor packets were replenished the next day. Cleaning staff did not clean. They pulled the bedspread up (left wrinkled sheets under) so we knew they were there, but coffee trash was left on the vanity, crud remained on the faucet. Towels were replenished but thrown sloppily and some left on back of toilet. Pillows were 3 square, the size of larger throw pillows. Bed was fine the first night (we were exhausted from travel). Second night we both slept poorly and woke up with back pain. As cheap as this place was, it was still not worth the money. It was a disgrace to the chain, which apparently lacks quality control standards. Will NEVER book another Quality Inn again.

The location is very convenient, right off the highway, making it easy to find and ideal for travelers. Overall, it's a solid choice for an overnight stay if you're passing through or looking for an affordable and comfortable place to rest. Pros: Comfortable Rooms: The room was clean and spacious with all the basic amenities you would expect. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Friendly Staff: The front desk staff was polite and welcoming, making check-in and check-out a breeze. They were helpful in providing local recommendations as well. Good Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was decent and was a nice touch before getting back on the road. Quiet Environment: Despite being near the highway, the rooms were well-insulated. Cons: Slightly Dated Decor: While everything was functional, the hotel could benefit from some modern updates, particularly in the common areas.

We use this hotel when traveling on I70. Easy on and off. The hotel room always seems clean and since we have two dogs, it is very easy to walk them in them in the large, cut grass field on the south of the property. The price is right as well. Very reasonable.

The outside of the property is quaint and dated but they’ve kept it looking really nice. Area is basically a big parking lot, so it seems pretty safe. The staff were all wonderful. 5 stars for them. The room…the fridge and a lamp didn’t work. The sink had a spider web in it (complete with spider). Dead bugs in the curtains. I hope they were dead anyway. The breakfast was disgusting, and there was no milk for the cereal. Outside of the small cleanliness and maintenance issues, the stay was worth the price compared to neighboring properties. I have no doubt the staff will correct the small issues too.
