Clean, and great location
Overall it’s ok. The location is perfect for picking up at the airport, which is what I was doing, and also easy access to all highways to and from Vancouver. The amenities are few, which is fine, coffee machine, 2 towels, stand up shower etc the downsides are the bed, which is literally like a slab of concrete and only a double with no bed frame so it’s plunked on the floor, the room could easily have a king and one with any sort of cushion would be better. The couch was huge and also if you want a massive tv in a small space there was definitely that. The host was very accommodating and communication was prompt and courteous. One other down was the complete lack of outside lighting, if you arrive in the dark it’s hard to see how or where to get to rhe door and impossible to find the keypad. I was ok with my phone light but someone elderly etc would not be happy tripping over a hose in the dark. Also there was a weird drain in the laundry room that started making a lot of drain noise at 130 in the morning for about 30 minutes, no idea what it was but it should be insulated more to avoid having folks wander around wondering where the noise was coming from. Overall it served our purpose, just providing some facts for others considering a stay here.
