This ground-floor apartment features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a fireplace, a wood-trimmed patio, and a courtyard.

Guests will have complete access to the entire apartment, as well as the patio and courtyard. Additionally, free garage parking will be available for their use.

10 minutes away from Roger's arena, DT attractions and all the hustle and bustle. You can relax and enjoy the quiet neighborhood and peaceful backyard during your stay, but also close to all the attractions, sky train stations, bus stops for easy access. Coffee shop near by as well

Walking distance to sky train station. Bus stops are 5 minutes away, Plenty of street parking also easy access to east Vancouver and Downtown

In this building, there is no possibility of having an in-unit washer and dryer. Guests can use the shared coin laundry in the basement.
