The apartment is on situated at the very centre of Vancouver’s most sought after neighbourhoods of Yaletown, Gastown, Chinatown and the Olympic Village. Located in Crosstown, the locale is one of Vancouver’s oldest and historic areas. Also close proximity to beautiful parks, the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden, dozens of restaurants to please every palate, rapid transit sky train next door, BC place, Rogers,costco,T&Tmarket, sports and event arenas, urban super markets, cinemas and boutique stores.Parq casino. parking spot near elevator included.5 minute ride to cruse ship.Please keep in mind this is a licenced short term rental if others who are not licenced they may be shut down when you arrive .
We provide hand sanitizer in each bathroom and also kitchen sink. We use a hot steam machine to sanitize all surfaces.Under our sink is a large bottle of bleach and isopropyl spray cleaners for your use as well. We also have spray bleach as well. The cleaning crew wear masks eye protection and gloves. All laundry is done in the condo with a hot wash and dry. We provide sanitizer wipes for the condo and all entries are key-less.

Beautiful condo in a good location
My family and I spent 3 days in Vancouver and this condo was a perfect way to help us see everything. Location is great and central to walking and/or grabbing a cab. The building is very secure and the views from the 32nd floor are great! I also don't have enough good things to say about the ease in communicating with the owners. They were extremely responsive and helpful from check in to check out. In addition the condo was very clean and well stocked with supplies if we forgot anything. Would highly recommend this rental!

Great location, very nice unit!
We had a great stay here. Two adults and two kids. Convenient location and parking was great if you have a car. Is close to Chinatown and accessible to all areas via transit or private car. The unit was well equipped and AC was necessary and great to have with the warm days we had. Owners left some food supplies and toiletries which was a nice touch. Very responsive and willing to help in any way, even when we locked ourselves in the parking garage VERY early in the morning trying to get to the airport! I highly recommend this unit for a visit to Vancouver.

Vancouver Experience
Our stay on Abbott was great. Being on the 32nd floor was a treat and we had amazing views from our condo. Our hosts were very responsive and super helpful with the check in/out process as well as providing suggestions for things to do while in Vancouver. The accommodations were great for two couples who were on the go pretty much every day of our stay. Hosts were accommodating with supplies, towels, and living items in the kitchen. As a first time visitor to Vancouver, the directions to get into the property were a bit confusing and stressful, but once settled the process of getting into the building, parking the car, etc. became easier. The area surrounding the condo is overall very nice though there are some scattered streets which were kind of sketchy and seemed abandoned by businesses and taken over by people hanging out "long term". Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and sites within walking distance. Again, views from the condo were awesome (day and night) and our hosts were the best.

Fabulous Location !
We had a lovely stay! The condo has an incredible view, the sunrise was spectacular! It was very clean and comfortable. The instructions were easy to follow, and we had no issues accessing the property. Great location, literally steps from BC Place, where we were attending the rugby sevens. I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Vancouver.

We had a great time amd enjoyed the views and amenities.
If we're ever in the area again then we will most likely be back. The place was nice and clean with everything you need and close proximity to plenty of shops and restaurants. The unit above us had a leak in their kitchen which dripped through into our kitchen but that wasn't their fault. Lynn was very nice and accommodating and had the issue resolved as best they could in no time until they could get a hold of the owner above us. Would recommend staying here.

This property was perfect for what our family was looking for! Across the street from Rogers arena and so close to anything else. Lynn was extremely helpful with making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed - she went above and beyond... Location, Location, Location
Owners are very quick to respond to any questions and are great! Condo is short walking distance to Gastown, Yaletown, and Downtown. Right near Science World, BC Place, and Rogers. Lots of restaurants and stores close by and Skytrain is a block away. Beautiful apartment and great views!

Impressive 32nd floor condo
Very clean and safe 32nd floor condo. Lynn was very helpful and extremely responsive. Immediate neighborhood is fine but near homeless areas.

Lynn is fabulous and couldn’t have been nicer! The condo was super clean and location near everything. Super easy to walk to Gastown, the Beach, Yaletown, etc. Large grocery story across the street and great hair salon a few doors down. Would definitely recommend it!!!

Perfect Alternative to a Hotel
Two couples traveling together? Why not pick a luxurious 32nd floor condo (2 full beds and baths) with amazing space and views over a run of the mill hotel at a similar price. Very accommodating owners, clean and comfortable, this was perfect for our weekend to explore the town. Conveniently located you can walk anywhere, grab a train if you prefer, maybe a False Creek Ferry Boat, or just a couple blocks to grab the Hop-On-Off bus. The owners maintained cell/text contact and check-in etc. was seamless. Loved every aspect of it.

Clean, courteous and accommodating!!! Lynn thought of everything and provided little touches that were truly appreciated! It really was a home away from home with high end hotel quality. Convenience and Comfort!
Location was central for all our destinations and parking was convenient. The apartment was clean and had all the features we were looking for. Additionally all the communications were clear and easy to follow and Lynn was always prompt in her responses.
