A perfect place to stay in Vancouver
We have stayed in this area of Vancouver many times and this is the best apartment we have stayed in. It has everything needed to ensure a cosy stay....the heating is fantastic....in fact at time we even opened windows. It’s location perfect, it is just a stones throw from Commercial Drive when you can find an abundance of shops and restaurants. It is only a few minutes walk to the Commercial and Broadway Skytrain. The 99 bus terminus is right outside the sky train station and takes you across town to Main Street and Granville making it super easy to get to Granville Island, which is certainly worth a visit. A gem of a find.

Convenient easy access to transit.
Have stayed(5 nights) here twice now and will return because of the proximity to shopping, bars, and restaurants on The Drive and the Metro for travel to downtown Vancouver. It is a clean and compact suite with the necessities to make meals if we chose to do so. For longer stays I would request extra towels/facecloths. It would be great if there was an extra bed or a sofa bed.

Great Value and very clean
The location for us was perfect. We couldn’t figure out how to get heat as the portable heater didn’t work and there was no thermostat we could find. We didn’t worry about it as the comforter on the bed kept us nice and warm. Maybe heat instructions can be added to the instructions. Parking can be tricky if you cant walk well as you may need to park a little bit of a ways from the unit. Very clean. We didn’t contact owner as we were so busy and none of this was a huge issue for us. That is why I gave it 5 stars.

OK stay, nice clean unit, great location for us.
Everything was as advertised. However, bed was somewhat uncomfortable, need to add a box spring and could do with a light over the bathroom mirror, difficult to see your face. Other than that all was OK.

Great stay
Vincent is a very kind and helpful host, he was willing to accommodate an early check in for us and even provided a small mirror for us upon request! even though this is not the property that we originally intended on staying in, it was a pleasant stay, the location of the home is very convenient to get around to downtown and any kind of food you might want to try, overall I would definitely stay here again!

Very good visit and stay
The property was clean upon arrival and exactly as described in the listing. This is an older residential neighborhood that borders a commercial district. The residential area is quiet and it is a short walk to the commercial area with stores and public transportation. There were no issues with the suite during our stay. We would consider staying here again if travel brings us back to Vancouver.

Babymoon Getaway
My preganant wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. It’s a cozy little suite that has the essentials you need: plates, bowls, coffee maker, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, etc... The host is kind and helpful. The location is close to downtown and to a bunch of great restaurants and bakery’s.

A great, centrally located rental
This property is well equipped, clean, and affordable. Everything you may need is thoughtfully supplied. It is located next to great transit and just off of Commercial Drive, allowing easy access to lots of restaurants. Vincent, the owner, made staying there very easy to do.

Cute, quiet, convenient
Cute little home near some nice local restaurants (Ethiopian and the best sushi I've ever had at Broadway Station Sushi). Had a low ceiling in one spot my husband split his head on, but overall a very nice place for the price. Bed was creaky and a little uncomfortable, and the couch was very thin, but I had a full kitchen and fridge, living arrangements, and a safe and nice place to stay while in Vancouver.

Conveniently located for us.
This is a first floor apartment in a house with it's own entrance. The apartment was clean and had modern amenities. The host was responsive when we communicated with him via email/app. This location is 1/4 mile, 400m, walk from the Commericail-Broadway station, where you can catch the Expo or Millennium sky train. At the same corner as the station, there's a Safeway, several banks with ATMs and a whole pack of restaurants. I would stay here again.
