Great place bit out of the way, bit restricted due to neighbourhood
House was reasonably nice. Did have some water damage and pool table room needed to be cleaned better. Also quite restrictive considering a large host fee yet required us to practically clean the whole place as well. If you're an owner and charge a large fee for the host fee, taking out the garbage and doing the dishes are the responsibility of the host not the renter, hotels don't charge a host fee and clean EVERYTHING. This is why there IS a host fee in house rentals is you're cleaning up... Also having restrictions of no music outside at all even during the day (even city bylaws don't have that limitation) or cant be outside even after 10:00 can't use the hot tub after ten... makes it feel like your kids that can't be responsible. Appeared to have One way glass mirror from garage to pool table room. Check out time of 11:00, while in the opening letter the checkout is changed to 10:00 with a threat of up to a full day charge if you're late!! Lastly there was a cease and desist notice from the city on the garage door...
None the less the house was ok.
I found the host fee far too high for what the host required.
I felt the location prohibitive as it was 45 min to an hour out of Van average uber was $45 one way for 4pax and significant restrictions on activities.
I believe as the owner seemed so picky about our clean up requirements, they should be just as picky ensuring cleanliness and level of care in readiness for our arrival.
