This suite is equipped to sleep 8 people comfortably however it has the capacity to sleep 10 if you utilize the couches

There are security cameras that monitor/record movement at the exterior of the premises - 24/7.

There is a completely separate basement suite that is rented. They do not have access to the house and vise-versa.
