Host was kind, welcoming, responsive. We were there 12 hours about, just in and out. Needed a soft bed to sleep in and it was perfect for that. No complaints. It isn’t a bed and breakfast like you might think where something is cooking for you in the morning, but that was just fine for our packed schedule!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at this quiet bed and breakfast. Very lovely place and the service was great. Very clean and convenient as well for the proximity to the airport. Nice neighborhood, felt very safe. Rooms are beautiful and so comfortable for sleep. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

The house is very clean and in a safe neighborhood. The host was very courteous and helpful. He waited outside to receive me and show my room at late night arrival at 1:30AM . Highly recommend.

Nice B&B in suburban area. Easy to reach from the airport. Close to Fraser River and and rural park, a nice option for a walk (10 minutes to the river, 30 minutes to the park).

Overall: I’m afraid that this is a little overprice given the quality of the property. Good points: The guest room was clean. The services provided by staff were very nice. Negative points: The quality of the overall property is very different from the photos. The entire space of the property outside the guest room smells bad.

Quiet neighborhood
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved how quiet the area was and that was a big plus. My only criticism was that it was too hot in the room. I turned the heat off at bedtime but it never got any cooler. If we stayed again we would open windows sooner.

David is an excellent host. He thought of everything to make us feel comfortable. Cereal and other breakfast things were available 24 hours as well as bread and peanut butter to make sandwiches anytime of the day. That helped us a lot. David also called a taxi For our early morning, pick up for the airport. Our king bed had a nice firm mattress and we had a large bathroom. Only about 15 minutes from the airport. Would definitely recommend!

Family run B&B. David is very pleasant, understanding, and easy to work with. Photo is from the back so not really the view of the building you see, but that doesn't matter much. Location is great. Quiet neighborhood with huge gorgeous houses, but less than 10 mins from the heart of things in Richmond, and 15 minutes from the Canada line that drops you right in the heart of Vancouver in an additional 15 minutes. Very convenient, and easy. Bathroom is shared, and after I tightened the shower head and it stopped squirting sideways all over me when turning it on, things worked well. Shampoo/conditioner/soap is provided.
