This house is equipped to sleep 8 people comfortably however it has the capacity to sleep 9 if you utilize the sofas.

You will have access to the entire main house.

One free parking slot is provided and there is free parking on the street.

There are security cameras that monitor/record movement at the exterior of the premises - 24/7.

There is a completely separate basement suite that is rented. They do not have access to the house and vise-versa.
