• No Parties: Our property is designed for relaxation, not for gatherings or events.
PAYMENT TERMS:
1. Deposit:
• A 50% deposit is required 30 days prior to your stay to secure your booking.
2. Remaining Balance:
• The remaining 50% is due 14 days before check-in.
3. Non-Refundable Processing Fee:
• A 5% non-refundable processing fee applies to each transaction.
4. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations follow our standard policy. Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older to book. Message us if you’d like to discuss potential exceptions.
• Security: Exterior security cameras monitor movement 24/7 for added peace of mind.
• Suite Access: The suite is located on the lower level, providing complete privacy for our guests.
