Welcome to a renovated two-story loft with 14-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide fantastic natural lighting. The lovely outdoor balcony offers garden and city views.
The building provides access to multiple shared decks equipped with BBQs and a stunning rooftop garden that offers breathtaking views of the city and the mountains.
Guests will enjoy a bright and spacious living room that is perfect for relaxation. It features a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely dining area, along with a warm fireplace and a super comfy sofa. The private bedroom is upstairs and includes in-suite laundry and a cozy office space. A unique feature of my apartment is the mirrored ceiling in the bedroom, which expands the space and adds a touch of style to the interior!
SLEEPING (up to 4 people)
The sleeping arrangements, which can accommodate up to 4 people, include a queen-size bed on the second floor and a king-size pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
SELF CHECK-IN
I won't be present to greet you, so you'll have to use the self-check-in option. Upon arrival, buzz to open the front door and access the elevator. To enter the unit, you'll need to enter an individual code for the smart lock, which I'll send along with detailed check-in instructions two days before your arrival.
SECURITY
My unit has a front door camera for security purposes. The camera is located inside the unit, facing only the front entrance, and it is non-motorized (meaning it does not move). Due to strata bylaws, I cannot place any cameras outside to record the hallways. The camera does not record sound, and there are no other cameras inside the property.
I only check the camera in extreme cases, such as when something is missing from my apartment or when I receive complaints from neighbours. Therefore, it is unlikely that I will see you in the footage. After three days, all recordings are automatically deleted.
I will provide a screenshot from the camera to show the area that is being filmed.
HOUSE RULES
Please recognize that this building is not a hotel, so policies and rules must be strictly enforced. Any violation of these rules may result in a fine or eviction from the apartment without a refund of the rent.
1. CHECK-IN window from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
2. CHECKOUT time - 11:00 a.m.
3. Number of guests: max 4
4. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. I understand you want to invite friends over or have dinner together. Please let me know ahead of time.
5. No building or city bylaw violation, including excessive NOISE AFTER ALLOWABLE HOURS.
6. Smoking and drugs are prohibited anywhere on the property. Smoking is permitted at street level. Smoking inside the unit will result in a $200 fine for each day of your stay.
7. If you lose or damage your keys, there will be a KEY REPLACEMENT FEE of $100.
8. You are RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINES for the building, strata, or city issues during your stay.
9. BE RESPECTFUL to our neighbours and building management. We have a great relationship with both and wish to continue that.
10. Well-trained pets are welcome but with an additional fee. Pets aren’t allowed on furniture.
11. Treat my property carefully and REPORT ANY DAMAGE to the unit or its contents before checkout.
