Welcome to my sunlit cozy laneway house! Central spot in Vancouver, our home is conveniently located 3 minute ride from the Canada Line Skytrain, providing easy access to Downtown Vancouver and Richmond, which is only a 10-minute ride away. WALKING distance from a variety of restaurants, cafes, groceries, shops, local parks, and Langara College.
The space
Parking: Free Residential Parking on streets. Optional charging for 1 electric car when available for additional fee.

Biking: Situated on the bikeway easily accesible to various greenway paths for cycling, walking to enjoy and discover different Vancouver neighbourhoods.

The Space: This is a brand new coach house in the diverse and vibrant Sunset neighbourhood, perfect for young families, or to visit nearby colleges, universities and golf courses. Skylight provides lots of natural sunlight.

Two-floor home featuring:
Double and twin bed in connecting bedroom with 1 full bath/ shower upstairs. Living area downstairs with sofa that turns to queen bed, half bathroom, and a second bedroom with twin bed.

Amenities include wifi, complimentary coffee & tea, towels, toiletries.
Additional bedding and sheets, bike pump rental available upon request.

Laundry is not included. However, there are 3 laundromats <10 min walking distance.
Guest access
The laneway is in the back of the home. Please enter through the right side if parked in front. You will receive an Airbnb message with your self check-in keypad code for keyless entry, along with detailed check in photos before arrival.

** Please note there is another family who resides in the main home. Please do not disturb them. Enter through the side gate marked with house number.
