Definitely not up to VRBO standards
Approach to property unkempt. Someone tried the combination doorlock both nights while we were in bed. Overpoweringly scented freshners everywhere. Had to place outside due to spouse's scent induced asthma & migraines. Sign posted above toilet to put used tissue into trash bin. After using shower we oticed an overwhelming sewer odour, hence the perfume cover up. We were in Vancouver, and not a country where this would be expected. Absolute absence of cleanliness overall. Didn't use the kitchen as it was filthy. Appliances, sink, cupboard and drawer pulls dirty, no dish towel or dish cloth, open topped container of highly scented dishsoap. Starbuck's coffee bags refilled with a cheaper brand of coffee. Didn't use coffee maker either. Two thin bath towels provided. No washcloths. Mold and dust in corners of very nice new walk-in shower, bathroom window, floors and moulding. Door jams, doors and handles covered in dirty fingerprints.; final gross discovery of sand between the bedsheets was final straw.
