Take it easy at this cozy 3 bedroom and 1 bath - updated, private entrance, beautiful garden view, huge private deck with BBQ to entertain. Centrally located in Langley City makes it a great base to visit all Vancouver has to offer.

Lots of trails, bike parks, dog parks, shopping, etc. 40 mins to Vancouver/Airport, 25 mins to Whiterock Beach, 30 mins to Abbotsford, 2 hrs to Whistler, and 4 hrs to Okanagan.

The space
The 3 bedroom is located on the main floor of our 2 story home. I'm in the basement suite and travel alot for work. The main entrance foyer has storage for jackets/shoes, open concept updated kitchen (fully stocked) with breakfast island (sits 4), dining table (sits 8), living room with flatscreen TV, electric fireplace (heat and/or ambiance), desk/chair, patio door to private deck and own washer/dryer.

The house is west facing and conveniently located 5 mins to Langley City. It is close to transit, lots of parking and on a busy street during the day. You may hear a buzz from the traffic during the day, but it is pretty quiet at night. Use caution when pulling in and out of the driveway. We installed black out curtains in the rooms to help keep it quiet, keep it cool in summer, warm in the winter and keep it dark when you want to sleep.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, french press, pots, pans, baking supplies, etc.

The newly renovated bathroom has huge shower with rainfall shower head, glass enclosure, elongated comfort height toilet, vanity with drawers, diffuser, blow-dryer and 100% cotton towels.

There is master room with queen size bed, dresser and lots of closet storage. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, two end tables, dresser, desk/chair, lots of storage in closet and TV. Bedroom 3 has a bunkbed (single over double that converts to a couch), end table, desk/chair, closet with lots of storage and TV.
Guest access
Guests have parking for two vehicles (alternative parking available across street), access to main house and large deck. Unfortunately, the backyard is off limits due to landscaping project.
Other things to note
I have a student staying downstairs with me. The backyard is off limits. You have access to the huge private deck to hang out and BBQ.
