Rick was very pleasant and welcoming when we arrived late after our event, and the front end staff in the morning (lovely gal) upon leaving smiled and was lovely as well! Even the breakfast staff fellow was kind and overall we felt valued as guests and would definitely go back to stay at this hotel again. I needed a hotel in the mid Surrey area and the location of this hotel was perfect. About 20 minutes from Vancouver and 10 minutes to the Cloverdale area. Great experience during my 6 day stay. The hotel is not super fancy or upscale, but it is well maintained, very clean and everything works. The staff are very friendly and very professional. Can't think of any downside. I would definately stay here again & would recommend this hotel to anyone.
