First floor:

Bedroom 3 (Room 2A): 1 queen bed + 1 crib bed + ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 4 (Room 2B): 1 queen bed + 1 twin bed
Bedroom 5 (Room 2C): 1 queen bed + office desk + shared full bathroom connected to Hallway, next to Room 2D
Bedroom 6 (Room 2D): 1 queen bed
Master Bedroom (Room 2E): 1 king bed + 2 arm chairs + ensuite bathroom


Extra beds:
Basement: 2 single folding beds
Living room: 1 sofa bed (good for 2 people)

Guest access
During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the entire property!

- We require that you send us an ID upon booking.
- Shoes are not allowed inside the property.
- We do not provide extra towels, the ratio would be 1 to 1 person booked.
- No extra guests allowed, any authorized one will be $50 per head per night.
- For your safety and to prevent flooding issues, we do not provide bathtub plugs.
- Please ensure proper use of toilets by flushing only toilet paper and human waste. Do not flush any other items such as sanitary products, wipes, or foreign objects. Please avoid excessive flushing of used tissue in the toilets. Instead, we've placed bins in convenient locations for proper disposal.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property (including on balconies or terraces). Please use the designated smoking area outside the property/building. Breaking this rule will incur a C$1,000 fine plus the cost to clean and deodorizing the place.
- As much as we love our fur friends, we do not allow pets on the property.
- Parking is only permitted to the ones shown in the check-in instruction.
- Gates are not meant to be closed and must be remained open. Rest assured, we have a safe neighborhood and never had any issues
- Please respect our neighbors at all times. We have quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Additionally, we have noise monitoring censors in the property.
- Failure to check out on time will be fined $90 per hour after authorized check-out time and a whole nightly rate or any loss we incur for our next guests checking in.
- Send us a message/picture of the key/fob or smart lock when you check out.

We ask that you treat our home as if it is yours but not to take anything after your reservation as our team has a checklist. Let us know if you break something so we can get that fixed in courtesy to our next guest. We reserve the right to keep your full security deposit if any of the above rules are broken and the right to end your reservation right away if one of these house rules is broken. The cancellation policy is available for you prior to confirming the reservation. Once the reservation has been confirmed, it is assumed you acknowledge the cancellation policy. We recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover any losses due to cancellations.
