Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
When we arrived, there was someone in the assigned room and another couple there trying to work out the same problem with their assigned room. There was also a sign on the door about a rehab centre and something that may have been vomit on the foyer floor. The owner agreed fairly quickly to give us a full refund, though it hasn't appeared yet on our statement. Arriving to an occupied space was more than inconvenient, causing the friends who were driving us to be late to their dinner and resulting in an expensive last-minute hotel stay.
