This new unit features 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms on three levels. It contains a living/dining room, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer and keyless entry. The Kitsilano offers an excellent layout with an open-concept kitchen, perfect for your home dining needs. Situated in Vancouver's most central and beautiful area, Kitsilano is a 10-minute drive to UBC, 5 minutes to Granville Island, and Downtown Vancouver. Only 5 blocks, less than 10 minutes walk from the Kitsilano Beach. For those of you here on business, we have provided a printer, document shredder and free high-speed Wifi, ensuring that you can continue your work uninterrupted. Perfect for families and professionals.
As your comfort and enjoyment are of the utmost importance to us, we have paid attention to all the fine details that matter. Please inquire if your dates fall between reservations and we might be able to fit you in. Shorter stays are often available, please inquire.

It worked so well for the 6th of us. We were here celebrating our friend’s birthday. Restaurant was only 4 minutes away! Great location for stores & restaurants. Highly recommend Karma Bistro Indian restaurant on 4th. Great stay!

Great stay in a fantastic location
I stayed here with my husband and adult daughters so we could attend a family event in Vancouver. It was a great space for us - we each had our own room and bathroom which was nice. It's true there is no dining table and not a large common area but that was fine for us since we had planned to have all of our meals out anyway. The location could not be beat - walking distance to everything on 4th, the water, etc.

Lovely stay
Our party of 5 seniors had a wonderful time in this beautiful, very nicely appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. Everything in Vancouver was easily accessible via public bus or Uber. All 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms were very spacious and comfortable for all. The living room is compact for more than 4, but we were gone most of the time. Definitely recommend staying here.

The property was comfortable and clean, quiet but close to restaurants and anything else you could desire. The neighbourhood is very walkable, and we appreciated being able to park in the street near the property. Communication was easy, and we especially liked the TV fireplace/heater in the living room, which gave it a nice ambiance. There was plenty of space for 6 adults, and we all enjoyed our stay.

Lovely home in a great location
This was an ideal spot for three friends to spend a few nights in Kitsilano. Nice neighbourhood, walking distance to shops, the beach, and 20 minutes to Granville Island. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, appliances were in good condition. A very comfortable house (although the lovely leather sofa has seen better days - we used a few pillows to plump up the back support), to use as a base for exploring the area!

Beautiful Home
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The inside of the home has been updated with quality kitchen appliances, cabinets, bathroom toilets, tubs/showers, and beds in each bedroom. The listing shows three (3) Queen beds, but I think one of them is actually a double bed. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the kitchen has plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. There are stairs up to two of the bedrooms, and stairs down to the other. The parking is on the street, but the street parking is reserved for residents only. All in all I would recommend this property for your visit to Vancouver!

Comfy well positioned Home
House is in a good position for shops, restaurants & the beach. Nice quiet suburb with large leafy trees. 4 blocks to Safeway, 1 block to a convenience store. No dining table so seating for dinner is a bit cramped around the coffee table & kitchen bar but you get by. 3 beautiful bedrooms each with their own ensuite plus a toilet in the kitchen/lounge area which was very convenient. Very good laundry area. Nice front yard with outdoor table & chairs although garden was unkempt & lawn was high. No BBQ but kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. Good dishwasher too. Would recommend.

Great house in a great location
We really enjoyed this house. Very walkable neighborhood and house itself was in good condition and on a quiet block. Upstairs balcony off bedrooms was small but a great feature. Only thing to note is that basement bedroom and bathroom were very private, two floors away from other two bedrooms, but that might not work as well for families with young kids. The host, Jack, was very responsive as well. Thank you!

Property was beautiful, good location. The kitchen and living room area small. 6 adults was too much. It was really hot in Vancouver and the house has no AC so we were really uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep. House needs attic fan, ceiling fans to circulate the air . Wish we would have stayed at the Marriott

First time in BC
This was our first time to Canada, and we loved the area! This house was a good place for us, gave us freedom to cook meals or walk to eat out. We feel the neighborhood was safe and clean. The house was updated and clean, and the grounds were kept up very nicely. It is a duplex, but we never heard the people next door. I am not sure if it was a VRBO glitch but we never got the check in/check out instructions so we weren't sure what the expectations were when leaving. I had messaged the owner for check in and he gave us the code within a day. Very relaxing to stay.

Good location
Good location in Kitsilano, walkable to cafes, stores, restaurants. Check in was 4 and when we arrived past 4, they were still cleaning so had to wait outside. Also manager did not respond when asked about check out procedures. Also address in confirmation was different than the property and manager messaged us the correct address a mile away, which was confusing. Overall clean and good for families/groups but a few misses.

Special place in Kitsilano
The house was as advertised with a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparations, comfortable beds and nicely decorated rooms. We were happy with the space and privacy for evening family dinners and get togethers. The house was in convenient walking distance to shopping, dining and beautiful neighbourhood strolls. Also what special for us was that we were in close proximity to the Kitsilano oceanfront where we went for long walks while enjoying beautiful BC vistas. Jack and Ewa were available and responsive prior to our trip and during our stay. We would rent this property again since we truly appreciated the convenience of the location to the amenities we want. Alex & Betty

Disappointing! Didn’t get what I paid for!
The property was booked well in advance of our stay as we were in Vancouver for our daughters wedding Approx 10 days prior to arrival we were given a change of address although the location was great & the house itself was a 3 bedroom & 3.5 bath home there were a few cliques There was zero curb appeal The front lawn was uncut & full of weeds It took several messages to get this rectified On the last morning we woke to not having a single drop of hot water After a couple of messages to the host it was not fixed before we checkout This is very disappointing

Very cute and well priced.
Nice to have so many bathrooms for such a small house, the kitchen is definitely not “gourmet“ , the house has wear and tear on it, dirty baseboards and broken towel. Racks, but overall very clean. the upstairs bedrooms are light and the downstairs bedroom is dark and cooler which I liked, Vancouver is unseasonably hot right now, no air conditioning, but the owner supplied with fans which was nice. The dryer did not work, and his response to my query did not work. You have to bring your own shampoo /conditioner. this seems so variable with Vrbo‘s . Outside front stairs are quite rickety. Wwe loved the area. Overall a very good stay.

Good stay in Kits
House was easy to find and in a good location to walk to bars, restaurants and the beach in kits. Communication with the owner was good and he also accommodated an earlier check in. We stayed for 6 nights which gave us time to explore Vancouver’s attractions in the city, in north and west Vancouver and the lower mainland. There was 6 adults staying in the house which was ok as we were out and about every day and meals out at night. If we had been staying in and making meals it would have been awkward because the kitchen is quite small and there is no dining area to sit 6 people. The lounge area also has seating for 4 people. One suggestion for the owner would be to provide instructions for the appliances. It wasn’t a big deal that there wasn’t any just that it would have been easier than us fumbling around with the oven and dishwasher. Other than that small thing the house was great and worked out fine for us.
