Vi har bestilt 2 rom, en for 2 person og et for 3 persons. da vi ankom hotellet de ga oss en rom for 5 personer. Vi bestilte røykfri rom, men rommet luktet røyk og det var asker på søppelkasse. badet var var ikke ren. de tok mer penge enn vi avtalte!
