"Kalivia House met all of our vacation needs: wonderful view of the bay, useful amenities, plenty of space, delightful braying neighbor donkey, friendly outdoor cat, near to the beach and great restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful. I wish we had brought some friends and family to help us enjoy the outdoor space. We also wish we had more time there to explore the area. Next time! "

"Villa was perfect for our 16 nights stay ( 3 adults). The location is amazing. Calm and peaceful with views down the hillside to the sea and to the villages below. Totally private. Pool was maintained to a high standard and is bigger than the marketing photos present. Excellent outside furniture. Well equipped kitchen. "The house was exceptionally beautiful and in traditional keeping with the Mani architecture. Extremely quiet and remote with fabulous views. Great exploring and the most important for us was the wild flowers - exceptional in April. The house is very cosy and well equipped and even broadband is available despite it's remoteness. Jokke and Tonno were great hosts with easy and helpful communication. Gythio, the local town is about 30mins away (supermarkets, tavernas, petrol station etc). No local...
