"Our host Jess was the best host we have ever had. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay. Jess provided us with great information about the city. He also provided us with valuable information about catastrophic events that were happening at our next destination. The area around the apartment had everything close by. "The apartment is situated on a very central street, easy access to restaurants. Each room was immaculate, comfortable beds and nice showers. The outdoor terrace is a bonus. Jacqueline the property manager was lovely and very responsive and dealt with our queries in a professional and timely manner. The street outside can be noisy at night due to it's central location and with the nightclub over the weekend, however we missed the new windows being fitted just by a week! "I had a most enjoyable stay in this very well located, clean and comfortable apartment, within easy walking distance of the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. The beautiful Playa Cura promenade is literally just round the corner. Everything went very smoothly and communication with the agent and owner was excellent. Very good value for money. Thank you."

"It was a good stay, but we forgot to tell the host about bringing our pet. And the cleaning lady said that we left the place full of hair, which is totally untrue. We left it very clean. We are super costumers because the way we live our rental. So do not forget to mention when you bring your pet and we did not appreciated at all the untrue comment of the host/cleaning lady made about our stay."

"L' appartement était propre , tout ce qu il faut au niveau cuisine , salle de bain terrasse ok Lieu ; bien situé , calme , parking ok Point négatif ; - la climatisation cata -) vétuste , ne fonctionne pas correctement , remplissage d une bouteille et d un sceau de 10 lites toute les 5 heures . a vider car aussi non coule sur la terrasse d en dessous . pas de ventillateur dans la chambre donc impossible de dormir avec de tels température . il faudrait vraiment faire quelque chose a ce niveau...

"Another great week at Sarah's apartment. Stayed in June this year and was really pleased with the apartment so booked again for an Autumn break. Check in process was great, and was delighted that I was allowed to check in earlier than usual as there were no guests checking out on the same day. Apartment and garden area were spotlessly clean as ever and nice to see that some bathroom upgrades had been carried out. Will definitely be booking again for next year."

"The apartment is in La Mata, a suburb of Torrevieja north of the city along the coast The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with sea views (about 200m away). There is a balcony which gets the sun all morning till mid-afternoon; a nice spot to relax. It sleeps 3 - one bedroom with double bed, and sofabed in the living room. Some of the fixtures and fittings are looking a bit tired and would benefit from refurbishment/replacement; and, it has its quirks - the washing machine is in the bathroom...
