The room was comfortable and well equipped, but the lighting was a bit bizarre and difficult to work out. However, we were disappointed with how much we were charged to get to the airport- 5 euros each to T1 and 10 euros to T2. "This Hotel is owned by the 5 Star Grand Hotel Zermatterhof and you have access to their facility at a cost. The Alpina does not have a Front Desk, so you must go to the 4 Star Hotel Tannenhof for Check In and such. Nice Affordable Hotel."
