"Resort is incredibly beautiful. Most if the staff were very friendly. However the keycard I had to purchase for 30e did not work at restaurant and bar. And the property is very large. I was directed back to the check in twice which was annoying the second time. And they don’t accept cash or visa. Just the key card. I had no choice but to order the buffet- a la carte was no available. Aside from this I enjoyed my short 1 night stay. Ps no one answers the phone, tv remote doesn’t work and neither...

"Well organized property. Beautiful pools, amenities, transept& amenities at beach. Rooms dated, tired looking, have not been renovated since in over 20 years (as per sources). Could use updated, to complement surroundings & amenities. Limited supplies in kitchen. No coffee maker, toaster. Limited utensils, sharp knives for cutting. Limited housekeeping. Room cleaned, towels changed only twice during 10 day stay."

"A great stay on average during weekend. The hotel is located near highway in a quiet and beautiful area surrounded by an orange tree orchard, with pool, football field, on-site parking. Kind staff, tasty breakfast and dinner and spacious rooms. As the only downside, the internet connection is a little bit poor and slow and it needs improvements"

"We were the only British there and all other guests seemed to be Italian which was fine by us....it is Italy after all but it may not suit everyone. We travelled around Puglia and Basilicata and this was the place where English was least spoken and so our bit of Italian learned before travelling came in very handy. "The resort is aimed at families with young children. Thus the restaurant menu is child focused and its super busy. The room was not sound proof as stated Enjoyed the pool with hundreds of others."

"Construction started 7am in the morning on a Sunday. When I approached the staff, first they denied it which is ridiculous in itself but eventually just didn't care. We left after the first night of a two night booking. "

Brilliant hospitality!

"An absolutely marvelous place to stay. Fine Pugliese cuisine is also offered in the restaurant, the food is brilliant and the service is second to none. Our waiter, is an incredible ambassador to both the hotel and the Pugliese people. What a wonderful human being. This is an exceptional establishment. "
