Come spend an unforgettable vacation in the seaside resort of Valras beach and put your suitcases in this cozy, modern and very nice apartment completely renovated in 2016.
The room was redone bedding and new furniture in December 2018 and the bz located in the living room was replaced and has a mattress of good quality.
Located on the 1st floor of a residence which has 2 floors you can enjoy a relaxing holiday on a remarkable pool. You have at your disposal 2 adult bikes to stroll around. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the pool. This one is only open in summer.

A quality residence, secure and quiet.
A parking space is reserved for you.

It can accommodate 4 people and has a separate bedroom.
Relax on the large balcony with sun loungers provided or beside the beautiful pool. The apartment of about 35 m2, nice and comfortable, offers facilities for your well-being and a successful holiday.
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed and mattress 140 beautiful quality changed in December 2018, closet, storage and wardrobe
- 1 living room equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player has a BZ also replaced in December 2018 providing an extra bed for 2 people
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
- 1 equipped kitchen area and dining area seating for 4
- The large loggia of 18 m2 overlooking the pool, has a garden furniture, electric plancha and 2 bikes. A nice rest area in the back from the beach and 600 m.
With more than 4 km of beach, perfectly secured and maintained, in the city center, Valras is positioned as the seaside resort of the Hérault.
The city is getting a new look. Major renovations are underway and will be completed for the 2019 season;

Very good apartment with a pleasant view over the swimming pool
We enjoyed our 3-week stay at the Apartment in an area which we are familiar with and adore, even finding new places to visit. The Apartment was very well equipped with a balcony which captured the morning sun and very enjoyable for eating breakfast. We used the lovely swimming pool regularly although it did get busy and noisy with children at times, mostly during our third week. There is a mistake in the 'Home and Away' detailed property description which requires correction. Linens are not provided although the owner offers to supply disposal sheets (paper) at a charge of 10 Euros/bed. Our Satnav, with newly updated French maps installed, did not locate the property due to poor road identification as evidenced by other holidaymakers asking us for directions to reach their properties during the course of our stay. Written directions and a sketch map from the owner would be useful to assist future holidaymakers using this property. Overall very good.

Great apartment
We were very pleased with all aspects of this apartment. The location is quiet and relaxed and the security is excellent. The best route, turning right off the main road from Serignan as you approach Valras, makes it very quick to return to the apartment and we had no problems with the Satnav. The whole site is well maintained and the pool is wonderful, a real treat after a day sightseeing or a hot day on the beach. The apartment itself, although not very large, is super efficient to live in with all amenities you’d want, although I’d give up the dishwasher for an extra cupboard to store foodstuffs. The only disadvantage for some might be the lack of linens and towels, but as we were camping before and after our stay this was not a problem for us and being able to launder them was a boon. What really sets it apart is the large outside space on the covered terrace, it really gives extra living space and the weather enables its use from morning to late evening. The location is a good walk from the town centre but it’s not a chore to wander in of an evening and wander back after a great meal. The wide beach is beautifully kept and offers a lovely evening stroll too. We found other residents to be very friendly giving me the opportunity to use my rather rusty French language skills. When I needed to contact the owners they were very prompt to respond. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Séjour parfait.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Comme l'année dernière nous avons apprécié cette location. Il n'y a rien dire sur l'appartement et l'environnement qui sont conforme à l'annonce. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute des locataires afin de rendre le séjour agréable. Pour terminer, nous pensons déjà à l'année prochaine pour y revenir.

Logement très bien situé à côté de la plage et du centre ville. Appartement fidèle à la description avec tout le nécessaire (vaiselle/lave vaiselle/machine à laver, four....) Logement très bien agencé et surtout une loggia très grande et agréable avec vue sur la piscine. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. L'appartement est conforme à la description sur le site. Nous avons apprécié la loggia qui donne sur la piscine et la sécurité des lieux. Nous avons aucune remarque à faire sur la propreté du logement. Les propriétaires sont très discrets, mais sont à l'écoute en cas de soucis. Nous recommandons cette location. MAGNIFIQUE
Super appartement, propre, très bien agencé et très agréable avec la super terrasse vue sur la piscine. Le propriétaire très sympa que j'ai eu par message, rien à dire tout était parfait. Dommage semaine avec bcp de vent, un plus les vélos pour de belles ballades. Une adresse à retenir pour y revenir. Je conseille allez y les yeux fermés.

Appartement conforme à la description, fonctionnel, très propre et au top au niveau équipement avec une grande terrasse et une place de parking. Résidence calme, pas trop loin de la mer et avec une belle piscine (profondeur : 90 à 170 cm) avec 3 marches pour y entrer (pratique pour les enfants). Les propriétaires sont très sympas et disponibles.
