"My room was very clean, but my ceiling had cobwebs in the corners, and my tub had rust in the bottom that I was told wouldn't come out. I was also told that they are completely renovating the hotel from the top down, and once it is complete, everything will be updated. I was there for 2 days and never got any room service, but I did get more clean towels when I asked for them. The breakfast was pretty good, always fresh and hot and the variety wasn't too bad either. I received excellent customer service during my stay and was offered a discount on my stay when I return...I would stay at this hotel again."

"We needed a cheap-ish hotel near Michigan City and this turned out to be a good option. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the room was. Staff members were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the hot tub, and the main pool, while very small, was clean and warm. Not much in the immediate area besides a couple fast-food places and several marijuana stores, but we did find a unique Mexican eatery which we really enjoyed, Al Fuego. "
