Leider nicht wie erwartet
Die Ferienwohnung war nicht das, was wir uns davon erwartet hatten. Die Terrasse stimmte nicht mit den Fotos in der Anzeige überein, denn es befand sich ein Jacuzzi auf der kleinen Terrasse, der etwa die Hälfte der Fläche einnahm. Wir hatten dem Vermieter umgehend mitgeteilt, dass wir bei Außentemperaturen über 30 °C nicht beabsichtigen, diese zu nutzen. Daraufhin wurde die Heizung und Umwälzpumpe abgestellt, die Jacuzzi blieb an Ort und Stelle. Weiterhin befand sich auf der Terrasse Tierkot, der bei den Temperaturen eine starke Geruchsentwicklung hervorrief. Alles in allem war die Terrasse nicht nutzbar. Im Bad / Dusche waren Spuren vom schwarzen Schimmel. Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen wollten wir lüften und hatten das Schlafzimmerfenster (ebenerdig gelegen) länger geöffnet. Dadurch sind in der Nacht Insekten wie Mücken, Grashüpfer ins Schlafzimmer gekommen. Als wir diesbezüglich den Vermieter darauf angesprochen hatten, kam dieser nach 5 Minuten mit einem Insektengitter für Fenster zurück und drückte das zur Selbstmontage in die Hand. Es scheint, als wäre das bekannt und er hätte so etwas auf Vorrat. Nach einer von zwei Wochen hatten wir uns entschlossen, den Aufenthalt abzubrechen.

Ruhe pur
Wir haben die Zeit bei Flo und Marc sehr genossen. Das Cottage ist ganz neu und hervorragend ausgestattet. Sollte etwas fehlen helfen Flo und Marc sofort aus. Das Cottage ist sauber und die Gegen sehr ruhig und idylisch. Blois und die Schlösser Chaumont, Chambord und Amboise liegen in der Nähe und können auch mit dem Fahrrad erreicht werden. Insgesamt hatten wir tolle Tage bei den beiden und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder
