"Had not been informed that this is more of an apartment rental than a hotel, and arrived at 10pm to find reception had closed at 8pm- there had been no warning of any closing times! Fortunately our apartment had been left open for us, but there were no sheets on any of the beds! The keys were not left in the apartment and we had to put a table against the door on the first night! Having managed to get sheets & towels the next day, we had to make up our own beds and after a 2 night stay were also...

"Super friendly staff - and valloire is a beautiful town! Didn’t realise it was not a regular hotel so making beds after a long flight was not really fun... 400euro deposit which we found expensive compared to other hotels during our euro trip... also took ages to come back to our card which took a chunk from our budget. Had to clean and vacuum the room after stay too... Great little unit but more like a holiday pet than a hotel... Staff made the stay worth while however !!! "

"The details of the hotel on Expedia were misleading when I booked.The details have been changed on Expedia since. A jacuzzi and swimming pool were advertised.No charge was mentioned for use of the jacuzzi. When I arrived I was told that the jacuzzi costs €6 per 20 minutes per person and must be booked in advance. Swimming pool and spa room are cold. "The property can not be faulted. The host was on hand at check in and provided a full tour of the property. It is modern, spacious, well equipped and clean.
