"I can't say enough about how amazing Valentina is. During our trip from Lucca to Spoleto the day of check-in, our car ran into mechanical problems which delayed us by several hours. "The location was excellent. The apartment was very comfortable, the patio was lovely, the lighting was very good, the kitchen was well-equipped, communication with management was prompt and effective. We took their advice about getting monthly parking and were glad that we did. Note: it's a walk up 2 flights, which was fine with us, the silverware/pots and overall could have been cleaner. A neighbor's TV could be heard in the breakfast nook and kitchen, but the apartment was otherwise quiet."
