Firstly the staff are really sincere and friendly, making you fell like an old customer, they try to meet all your needs. Secondly the room and bathrooms were very clean, modern and welcoming. "The breakfasts and staff are excellent. The hotel rooms and accoutrements are in pretty good shape for an older hotel. Scarlett and Sekh stand out as great employees. The city should be alerted to the distraction and concern guests have over the street people. They need help and we are unsure of what city or national services are in place to reduce their plight. We would happily return to this hotel for the above pluses and its perfect location. "
