"A great small hotel in a convenient location , but quieter and less touristy. The room was lovely, the twin at the top of the hotel. The staff were very kind. We were really pleased to find such a nice breakfast included in the price it was most welcome."

"The concierge Alberto was so welcoming and gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and directions on how to use the vaporettos to get around the lagoon. Hotel was also centrally located near places to see. Such a pleasant and relaxing stay."

"I recently stayed at this amazing hotel in Venice, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short distance from both the bus and train stations, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, full of original features and so much character—it really captures the charm of Venice. "An excellent location near the train station. In a quiet canal, with bars and restaurants. The suite was lovely. As pictured with a Venetian balcony. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. About 30 min walk to st marks, due to crowds. "

"Boutique hotel. Ideal location for walking to local interests. Entrance was in an alleyway which while not desirable considering location in Venice, not too bad. Overall, safe, comfortable, convenient location and great attentive staff."

"Charming! Not too far from the train station and close to some shops and restaurants. Main points of interest are walkable or you can take the water taxi which isn’t far. This was my second stay here and I would go back again!"
