"We enjoyed our stay at this location. A few notes for those interested in renting it:1) The owners arranged for parking using the valet service at the Crowne Plaza. It's about a block away and is around 50/night.2) There is wifi in the unit but no printed information indicating how to log onto it - we had to contact the property owner after we arrived to ask for it. This is important because there is very little cell service in the unit.3) This was a great property for a night or two stay. But...

"It was easy to contact and stay in contact if there was any questions or issues. The property was very clean, cozy and home like. The parking was a bit of a hike but not that bad. My bigges complaint was at check in the security guard was more worried about who she was texting than checking anyone in. "Place was extremely well set up when we arrived. Lots of fun amenities and very thoughtful set up with guests in mind. Every detail was thoroughly thought out. The set up itself was so cute. "You need to elaborate on the length and time it takes to get from parking lot to room in the description so visitors are prepared to bring luggage through the mall. Suggest getting the monthly parking at ABM with your property and adjusting the room price accordingly. We were staying here for heart surgery at Cleveland clinic and the special event parking prices and availability of spots was not convenient for our long term stay"
