"The house was comfy overall. The couch was a bit hard to get out of as it was low and soft. The heater made weird noises all night and I wished I had brought my white noise machine. But once I got used to it all- it was great! I felt safe in the neighborhood and it was close to everything. "

And the outside is serene and spacious, with front and back porches to relax on and watch the kids play. "This was a great property, perfect for our family trip to Waco. The house is very cute, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and no heavy traffic, only a 10 min drive to downtown Waco. "We really enjoyed our stay at Anchor Cottage over the weekend. We had five adults and our two year old and it was the perfect amount of space for all of us. We were close enough to go to the state park and also go fishing in the Laguna Park area. My two year old loved chasing the neighbor's chickens and though we were close to other properties it was quiet and peaceful. The cottage was incredibly clean and had plenty of amenities and then some! I would suggest bringing your own foil or...

"We just needed it for a one night stay. Wish the drive there was smoother but knew what we were getting into. Only recommendation would be updating accommodations from sleeps 4 to sleeps 3 as there’s only one queen bed and a twin bed. Host was great about communicating and allowing us to check in a little early "

"I traveled to Waco with two friends that had not been to Magnolia Market. Check in Friday was easy. The house looks just like the pictures, very comfortable for the three of us. Our host texted me several times while we were there to check on us. The location of the house made it easy to go to the Market and restaurants and bars that had been recommended to us. I would definitely book this property again."
