"The Park Royal Parramatta was an exceptional place to stay. Although we only stayed 1 night, it was extremely clean and comfortable. We all had a great nights sleep. The location was also very good. Close to everything you could need."

"Beautiful hotel and gardens, lots of history and interest to see inside. Staff were fantastic, room was very clean, food in Belgavia Louge and Wintergarden was excellent. Only let down was the general maintenance around the property. I do understand and appreciate its a old building but we observed water leaking from window seals, large piece of torn plaster in public lounge area and several light globes in public area still out after a couple of days. "The property is well located if you are driving. Parking is close but not undercover Rooms are good size but need some tlc A fair bit of walking on site to get anywhere . Not good for elderly . It’s clean tidy spacious and. Ok for a short stop. "

"We were comfortable for 2 days. Reasonable price for this room with shared bathroom facilities. Tidy and clean but a little noisy at times before 11pm so if you want an early sleep maybe take ear plugs but otherwise quite acceptable. Close to shopping centre and ample parking. Great meals on site and well priced. "
