"A nice cozy couples spot. Clean and tidy. You will get more for your money then staying at a hotel. Decent view of the harbour. We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and not overbearing either."

"Had great room on high floor. Nice bar and coffee shop in facility. Classic lobby. Would have preferred Keurig coffee maker. Instant supplied was terrible. Ice machine on floor did not work. Water was put in fridge on second day. Overall a positive experience and would stay again if in town"
