"We greatly enjoyed the little house, it was exactly what we were looking for! Everything we could need! Be sure to follow the owners directions to the house, not gps, they are different so trust hers. I was nervous arriving after dark, and if the roads were wet or icy it may have been difficult. But it was a dry lovely weekend. Stay here!"

"We were looking for a getaway to the mountains during our trip to San Diego. The cabin near Palomar Mountain was perfect for our family. It was clean and cozy with all the amenities we would want. There were hiking trails nearby and the observatory as well. Bonnie was very gracious and helpful during our stay. We plan to visit again this coming summer."

"Martin’s cabin, the Lilac, was perfect for our weekend away. It was easy to get to and check in was simple. Make sure to read all of the information provided before arrival since there is no cell signal. This cabin was cozy, rustic, and a hidden gem on Palomar Mt. Upon arrivals the cabin was clean and very chilly. After about 30 min with the gas fireplace turned on we were very comfortable in our t shirts. There were lots of movies and games, so we were never bored. About 15 minutes away is...

Just less than an hour away we found this cabin in Ramona just a few miles away from Julian. The cabin is nestled on a huge land with the main house seen right when you drive in. "We booked this location especially because it was dog friendly. We absolutely loved it and it exceeded our expectations. Paul was great and called the day we got there to make sure we didn’t have any questions and to let us know specifics. Such a quiet and relaxing area, the cabin is also very fun with all the little details. It was a pretty hot weekend, and the beds still had the winter flannel sheets, but other than that it was perfect."
