"Das Hotel ist noch in Bau und noch nicht fertig gestellt,deshalb funktioniert der Aufzug nicht und ich mußte mit Gepäck bis in die 3. Etage die Treppe benutzen .Im Treppenhaus steht teilweise Bauschutt herum und alles ist kahl und unfertig. Der Baustaub zieht sich in die fertigen Räume hinein ,so das sogar in meinem Bad weiße Schlieren an den Fliesen waren.Ich hatte für 3 Personen (1 Erwachsener ,2 Kinder ) gebucht und fand im Zimmer nur ein Doppelbett vor,mit der Begründung ,das Kinder wohl...

"Nous nous retrouvons avec une petite chambre pour 2 alors que nous avions réservé une chambre familiale.Il a fallu insister pour changer et on a eu une chambre avec une sdb petite et limite insalubre qui ne correspondait pas aux photos(pas de tv ni de lampes de chevet).Petit dej le 2ème jour avec des portions réduites /à la veille.Patron uniquement présent pour encaisser l'argent."

"On our arrival we were walked to a different hotel in the middle of Cagliari, it was not explained to us at all but it became clear that they had over booked. We then stayed in a small, dark room for two nights while they got our actual room ready. This wasn't so much the issue, as the staff just totally ignoring the issue rather than addressing it... "The Advertised Private Bathroom is in the Hall. They have a portable Privacy Screen to shield you from the other 3 Bedrooms! We only chose this as other reviews were so good! room large and clean, but scaffolding at the back. Told off for speaking at normal volume at 8 am Breakfast time, as it may disturb others? Surely a Joke? Breakfast was really poor with only stale old packaged rubbish! No Bread excuse, was that Bakery is Closed! shocking! We placed 2 provided small 100ml Orange...
