"Great people and lovely place to stay the night with good food and pool area"

"Staff was very attentive and friendly…especially the nice woman who checked us in at 9:30 pm to on Saturday night. There’s a very decent pizzeria and pasta ristorante right below the hotel that was serving at 10 pm, also with an excellent staff. Breakfast was worth the 8-9 euros and was quite pleasant…so all round excellent."

"We had a lovely two-day stay and it was perfect for our needs. Fully equipped, private, and charming grounds that are worth a walking tour. Well located for touring Bracciano and beyond such as Anguillara (13 minutes away). Highly recommended!"

"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unbelievable. Anything you need they handle with so much care. Whether you are out at the jacuzzi looking over the lake and they are bringing you drinks, or getting all of your clothes cleaned and pressed for a wedding, everything they do is top notch. The dinner and free breakfast is incredible. The beds are so comfy and the bathroom was huge with an awesome shower. The spa is so clean and nice, it’s a great place to chill out after a long day. Seriously, I can’t recommend this place enough."

"We added a 3rd day to our stay. The location just a bit east of Sutri is ideal for visiting Etruscan sites, though Google Maps complicated our arrival, suggesting we needed to drive kilometers past the hotel and then approach from the east. We stayed for the great service but encourage anyone who wants to discover a beautiful, less visited part of Italy to enjoy this area and all it offers making this comfortable property your base. And do yourself another favor by eating dinner at the hotel at least one night."

"The property was as described. The views were amazing when sitting at the tables by the pool. The views put the three bedrooms we used all had balconies and views of Bracciano Lake as well as the pool. Each bedroom had an air conditioner if you chose to use it independently of each bedroom. We each had our own bathroom which was great. Tommaso checked us in and toured us the house upon arrival and how things worked. He lives in the town so if we could have had any issues we was close. We had no issues. Armondo the honor called to check on everything the evening of our check it. He communicated well with us. He even answered several emails to answer questions before our arrival. Very helpful to have a washer. The home sits upon a hill for amazing views. It’s pretty quiet area but short drive into town. We really liked that fact. It’s easy access to Rome per Tommaso taking the train from Anguilla was pretty easy and saved us from driving in the city center area. Cheap tickets. We loved everything about the house and surrounding area. Highly recommend. The pool is huge if traveling with a family in particular. It is a little tricky to unlock the entry gate it seems to stick a bit. That was the only difficulty we had. Other than that if we should return to this area we would definitely try to stay here again!"

"Located alongside a beautiful lake with nice sitting area in front of it to enjoy the view. Well maintained hotel with professional staff. My guestroom’s bedroom was up a flight of stairs, not an option for disabled or elderly guests. Lousy internet service. Restaurant was closed when I stayed there."

"This was our second two week stay and we love this region of the country. The Palazzo Catalani is the perfect place to while exploring the countryside. The new restaurant is great, the staff welcoming and the local community is full of great people."
