"This is the best place for a family week-end. The pool is amazing with entertainment, band, a jungle gym, magic sandbox, nail polish and ratio station for the kids and more! We even had a magician show. Even the buffet/restaurent is really made for the kids but even the adults likes it!"

"Amazing location in the old city right beside the Frontenac. Comfy beds and nice sized rooms. Free espresso maker and hot chocolate in downstairs lounge. Friendly helpful front desk staff. My only complaints were small: only one small mat to put wet boots on made the room very damp and smelly after 3 days. Quebec is very snowy- need more space to hang damp clothes /mittens/ boots! Robes and a hairdryer would’ve been handy. Housekeeping didn’t empty garbage or do a good cleaning job. Overall very...

"We loved how helpful the staff was here! We never felt rushed while standing at the reception desk asking questions. We needed help working the wine bar/self pour and Ibrahim was more than willing to walk over, open the machine and reset the bottle reader. They even helped us decide on dinner and booked our reservations. Rooms were clean, plenty of hot shower water, and the large Finnish Sauna was lovely. Beds were a little hard for our taste, but to each their own! "
