"The hotel is very clean, quite and nice friendly staff. The only improvement we suggest is to add more breakfast option like fried eggs, croissants, some non pork options as well. Thanks we enjoyed our stay. Also nice restaurant which is walking distance from the hotel less than 15mins called Tio Julio. Thanks "

"Enjoyed the stay for 2 nights, plenty of parking spots nearby. "

"For a 1* pension hotel the room I had as a solo traveller was superb ! Good sized room, sink, fridge, and balcony was just perfect. Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower. Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job. I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony "

"Very good been going to Hollywood Mirage club for 30 plus years "

"Room had basic utensil for a kitchen. One pan and that was it! Food was excellent at Zachary's and staff very friendly. Stayed in block G which got a fair bit of sun, but the other blocks are facing more northerly so limited sun through the day, hence a towel onslaught early morning for the sun beds! All units will get more sun later in the year but G block is the best (secrets out!)."

"Everything was outstanding! The room was spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with facilities in excellent condition. The entertainment options for both adults and kids were fantastic, and the variety of food offered was very good. Plus, the view was absolutely stunning. While the location is conveniently 15 minutes from the airport, it’s a bit far (about a 30-minute drive) from the main tourist hub, Avenida Las Americas. Additionally, it would have been great to see halal food options included, as these were unavailable. "
