The owner, Katharina and the local Agent Marie Carmen, were always available for help and support and care greatly about ensuring guests are well looked after. "Directions to VRBO were clear until you entered the neighborhood . Finding the location was not easy, locating the gate key was easy, locating the house key was not easy. Opening/unlocking door was difficult. Instructions for all appliances were not available. Had no idea what some appliances were. Toasters did not work, map of area was not available . Summary: manuals need to be available . Lock on front door was very difficult to use/open."

"Die Villa war sehr modern und hübsch eingerichtet und kürzlich renoviert. Es war alles wie im Inserat vorhanden: Waschmaschine, spülmaschine, Wifi, Playstation usw. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit gut erreichbar um Tipps zu Ausflügen oder lokalen Veranstaltungen zu geben. Leider haben wir immer das Auto gebraucht. Das Gebiet ist sehr bergig, deswegen war leider nur eine Apotheke fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem würde ich hier bei einem weiteren Urlaub auf Teneriffa hier wieder wohnen."
