"After a days skiing my husband ran a bath, got in and pressed the button for bubbles. Lumps of black scum poured out - he leapt out. told reception who said someone would come. left water in bath to show them. day 2. Nice cleaner emptied bath, husband ran bath in evening. more lumps of black scum. Took photo and told reception. this happened for 6 days. photo is of scum after 6 days of running bubbles. on checking out told hotel not happy - they said they would investigate and let us know. ...

Great ski resort, it was very warm (mid Feb) but most runs were in good enough shape and I even managed to find some excellent off piste runs on slushy snow on south facing slopes. Decent array of food of good quality, comfortable room albeit the family room for 4 is a squeeze. "Gorgeous space. The inside of the hotel has to be beautiful ~ it is on a switchback and there is no outdoor area. Just in front of the hotel are a bunch of recycling bins which are ugly. The staff and service was excellent. Breakfast amazing. The room was too hot; the bed was pretty hard. Thankfully had good pillows. Overall I liked my stay. I wish I could have slept better. "

"It's a nice hotel with everything you need, situated at the edge of the town which is superb. We stayed at the end of the ski season. It was incredibly quiet. The rooms are really quite small and very hot. Bed was comfy. The hotel is sited on the corner of two roads. The first room we were given was on the first floor immediately above reception. I could hear the traffic and people talking as they walked by so we were given another room which was still small but without the noise. I doubt there...
