Very nice modern 3 room apartment fully equipped, with 2 bedrooms and their storage space, 12 m² terrace, swimming pool and private parking space, residence located 350 meters from the fine sandy beach of Golfe Juan.

The apartment can accommodate 6 people: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a sofa bed, living room with a sofa bed.

Appartement très bien situé à 7 minutes à pied de la plage dans un bel environnement. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont un peu limités en nombre. Le four est en fait un four à pizza. Etant situé près d'une route très passante (Cannes-Juan les pins) le bruit des voitures et motos est très important.
