"Bij aankomst een duidelijke uitleg (in het Engels als je dat vraagt) en een keuken vol met eten en drinken als welkom. Wijn, bier, koffie, thee, flessen water, fruit, spaghetti en rijst, sauzen, je hoeft de eerste dag echt geen boodschappen te doen! "Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht.
