"This apartment was very comfortable with all the ammenities you need. Very quick walk (5 min) to the old town area. City bus stop 2 min walk- takes you to the beach area in 15 minutes. Nicola and Giorgos were great hosts. Very quick with communications and helpful suggestions. I highly recommend this property."

"The place was perfect for our family of four. The location is amazing, right off the main strip. Walking distance to pretty much everything. The property is modern and with all the amenities stated on the site. Victoria and her husband were great - checking in with us and making sure everything was going well. "It was a nice stay in general. The residence was quite big, clean and modern, with a lot of electric sockets in all rooms, even in bathroom. It had a great view of the sea. When we asked for a pillow as we were 4 and there were 3 available, responsible person brought it to us on the next day (she tried to bring it on the same day but by mistake she left it in another residence). We did not have any issue with insects as all windows and external doors (except bathroom) had a mesh screen, and it...

"Spent a few weeks at this home while in Kalamata. The location is fantastic with nice beaches in short walking distance. Plenty of restaurants near by as well as grocery stores as well. Parking is a bit of challenge in the evening if you try after 7pm, but not impossible. The street noise wasn’t loud and didn’t effect anyone in our party. We all were extremely happy with our stay, and hope to stay again next summer!"
