"The 4 nights we spent in Montepulciano in the Dell'Erbe apartment were the favourite part of our 2.5 week trip. We loved being in the historic city centre. Parking in the P6 lot was fairly convenient for doing day trips. We found so many good restaurants in Montepulciano that we could easily walk to. Francy was very responsive and helpful. All in all it was a fabulous experience. We hope to return!"

"The apartment is large. Basically 3 separate rooms. 2 on the second floor and 1 on the 3rd floor. I would not recommend for someone that cannot do steps, especially the third floor bedroom, as the bathroom has 3 steps to get down to it. It was a beautiful bathroom but just be aware. "Our stay at Casamaggiore was perfect. The property was traditionally and simply styled, well supplied and met all our needs. The facilities were as advertised and we delighted in using the pool and tennis courts. The property is perfectly situated for day trips to explore the region. "What an incredible experience. The home was beautiful and clean and spacious. It was quiet and peaceful along the countryside. Plenty of outdoor space and a pool to cool off during down time. "John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see...
