"This is a perfect little gem not far from the city. The breakfast was exceptional. The room quite spacious and the bathroom is renovated and clean. Would especially like to thank Luciano for his endless hospitality, friendly disposition and great breakfast conversations. I would definitely return to the lodging, and would strongly recommend it! "Was closed, owner showed up 30 min late, no check in instructions, was yelling on the phone right under our window till 10. No hot water, rooms are not as on pictures, error saying 4 people can stay in one bed in the listing, it wouldn’t be showing in search at all. No baby cribs, it’s just pictures. Fridge is not plugged in. No kettle or any warm water available and no one in the whole building. Mattress smells and has no protector. I only stayed because was late after 8 hours and it was closest. Next time will definitely read reviews as they all are true. Owner doesn’t care and is rude. He texted at 9 am “check out is at 10” that’s all. Didn’t bother nothing. I hope it gets shut down by health authorities. "

"The pictures on the website look very welcoming and clean. In person this room was pretty much the crappiest stay of my life. The bed was so incredibly uncomfortable. the sheets were hopefully clean but the blanket had a white substance on it. The room smelled so bad of dust and chemicals it burned my nose all night and I was Ike up with a horrible headache that I can’t get rid of. The room was renovated 8 years ago but it is not kept up… definitely not cleaned properly for a nightly rental. The shower head falls- so you have to hold it while you shower. The jetted tub takes at least an hour to fill and then sprays water all over the room and smells like sewer when you turn it on. ripped towels, mold in the shower. No screens on the windows so you can’t air the room out…. I’ve never written a review in a room before but this one was so deceiving I felt obligated. "
