"This house was just like staying with family. Everything was provided and the whole house was decorated for the Christmas season. The hosts could not have been nicer. They even brought us traditional Alsatian holiday cookies and gave many recommendations for Selestat and the surrounding villages. We didn’t want to leave!"

Really well equipped inside and out with good quality throughout. Brilliant location - 15min walk to town centre, 2 mins to large Leclerc, great for a base to explore the wine route. The owners are on the property but we hardly saw them.They were helpful and friendly and welcomed us with a breakfast cake and bottle of wine (both local) and a variety of other beverages in fridge. "We recently returned from a wonderful stay at this very charming, beautiful property. It is situated in the most picture perfect village with wonderful restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The hosts and locals are extremely friendly and welcoming. The property is cosy and warm if you’re planning to visiting in Winter - It really does make for a perfect stay. "Terrasse envahie par les mauvaises herbes, 2 des chambres en mezzanine qui donnent sur la cuisine et le salon sans aucune aeration donc irrespirables quand il fait chaud, pas de détecteur de fumée, équipement de base non présent ( passoire, planche à découper...). A noter la proximité immédiate d'une ferme d'élevage et des inconvénients associés. Dommage, car la propriété et ses environs sont très agréables, avec la proximité d'un plan d'eau avec sa petite plage."
